• Manage the entire process from creating assets to implementation, including 3D modeling, sculpting, retopology, UV layout, map baking, texturing, skinning, and asset integration.
• Follow Art Leadership guidance to ensure adherence to artistic direction, metrics, and creation practices with a focus on speed and efficiency.
• Coordinate with technical artists, animators, and designers to ensure assets work seamlessly within the game engine.
• Actively engage in art reviews, incorporating feedback to enhance models and sharing ideas to improve the production process and final outcome.
• Utilize existing assets, textures, and materials creatively to generate new assets efficiently.
• Maintain a consistent character style with attention to detail and awareness of technical constraints.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in character art for PC or console platforms in the gaming industry.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in realistic human anatomy, clothing, and armor design.
• Proficiency in organic 3D sculpting (ZBrush/3D-Coat), 3D modeling (Maya/Blender), and hard-surface modeling.
• Strong understanding of Map-Baking, PBR workflows, and Material creation using Substance Painter and Photoshop.
• Experience working with proprietary engines, showcasing strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
