• Collaborate closely with rigging, animation, and design teams to ensure seamless deformation, animation, and functionality of characters in-game.
• Engage with art leadership and concept artists to enhance character designs and iterate on assets based on interdisciplinary feedback.
• Uphold the project's creative vision and ensure all character work aligns with high-quality standards.
• Contribute to enhancing character art pipelines, best practices, and documentation.
• Research and incorporate new techniques to remain up-to-date with industry trends and tools.
• Possess 5+ years of experience as a 3D Character Artist with at least one successfully released AAA or AA title.
• Showcase a robust portfolio highlighting exceptional 3D character work tailored for games.
• Demonstrate expertise in character modeling, sculpting, texturing, and a profound understanding of anatomy, form, proportion, and materials.
• Proficient in Maya, ZBrush, Marvelous Designer, and Substance Painter.
• Experience in developing real-time hair and cloth assets for current-gen platforms.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) and its character integration process.
• Thorough understanding of topology and deformation principles.
• Ability to deliver top-tier work under deadlines, showcasing strong time management and prioritization skills.
