• Lead the development and enhancement of the structure for a top-tier 3D animation team
• Create animations for a diverse range of characters, creatures, props, and vehicles

• Experience with Zbrush, Maya, 3DS Max, Marmoset Toolbag, and Adobe Substance Painter preferred
• Previous team-based game project experience essential
• Proficient in proportions, visual design, and color theory
• Strong skills in 3D modeling, sculpting, and texturing software
• Technical expertise in game art workflows like topology, UVs, and optimized meshes
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Familiarity with game production pipelines
