Design Lead

📋 Description

• Own design process from research and ideation to prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Structure designs clearly in Figma and iterate based on feedback.

• Maintain the quality of design system and visual language.

• Manage features alongside product, engineering and marketing teams, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with goals.

• Analyze the success of design solutions and refine them using data-driven insights.

• Support cross-functional teams to implement design consistently across product and marketing web assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web UI/UX for products with substantial customer base.

• Proficiency in Figma for all design tasks, including wireframing and prototyping.

• Solid understanding of SaaS and control panel UI patterns and components.

• Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure and apps.

• Experience with HTML/CSS and analytics tools such as Metabase.

• Ability to manage feature requirements and timelines.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Fluent spoken and written English.
