• This position combines product design with growth-oriented experimentation. The responsibilities include designing various aspects of the user journey, such as highly converting landing pages, onboarding flows, and essential product features to support nonprofit organizations.
• A typical week will involve working on product enhancements and targeted growth projects by translating data, user insights, and hypotheses into designs that drive tangible results.
• Reporting to Hope, the Lead Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with the Growth and Product teams.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS, showcasing strong problem-solving and visual design abilities.
• Experience in crafting user flows, iterating on concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of nonprofits through design is essential.
• As a collaborative owner, you should take ownership of outcomes, welcome early feedback, and maintain high quality standards while aligning with business objectives.
• A strategic problem solver who can analyze user feedback, analytics, and constraints to identify root causes and opportunities, making insightful design decisions.
