• Work closely with our Learning Experience Designers to create engaging and impactful learning experiences using various methods and platforms.
• Ensure course content is formatted correctly to maintain quality, consistency, and brand guidelines.
• Develop expertise in product knowledge to assist with new product launches and updates.
• Utilize strong communication skills to convey documentation and internal requirements effectively, while staying updated on industry trends.
• Manage the lifecycle of learning content, including creation, updates, organization, and archiving.
• Coordinate course publishing and content management using LMS and CMS platforms.
• Conduct QA testing on learning experiences to ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate course data, release notes, and documentation.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze content performance and engagement.
• Assist in various communication efforts related to learning announcements and updates.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in learning operations, customer enablement, or a related field supporting training programs.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design tools like Canva or Figma for creating professional presentations.
• Experience with Storyline 360 and Rise for developing learning solutions.
• Familiarity with LMS (Docebo & Cornerstone Galaxy) and CMS (Seismic) platforms.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year.
