• We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in guiding the discovery and delivery of digital products for customers. In this position, you will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and fellow designers to craft user-friendly, engaging, and inclusive app interfaces.

• Your responsibilities will encompass the entire design journey, from research and brainstorming to creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs. You will lead workshops, cooperate with the broader UX team, and liaise with the centralized design system team to ensure scalable, uniform, and platform-specific solutions.

• This role is ideal for individuals who excel in intricate product landscapes, enjoy blending user insights with effective visual design principles, and can articulate concepts clearly to both design and non-design audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Develop user-friendly, engaging, and inclusive app interfaces utilizing an established design system

• Lead and execute the complete design process, selecting and applying suitable research methods to address product challenges

• Lead brainstorming sessions with multifunctional teams

• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined UI designs

• Design and refine user-centric interfaces and user journeys, harmonizing research findings with strong visual/UI implementation

• Translate business concepts and needs into impactful digital experiences

• Collaborate efficiently with developers, product managers, and fellow designers to devise innovative solutions for intricate issues

• Communicate design ideas and user insights through clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences

• Work with the UX team for design critiques and knowledge exchange

• Coordinate with the centralized design system team to ensure uniformity, while leveraging the strengths of native devices
