• 1-2 years of experience in K-12 education or instructional design for K-12 students
• Proficiency in mathematics pedagogy
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with digital instructional material development and delivery (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience using data analysis to address market challenges (preferred)
• Experience with metadata creation and utilization (preferred)
