📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive user journeys for digital experiences on HMH's teaching and learning platform

• Customize content and metadata to create a digital-first experience that caters to diverse learner needs

• Collaborate across different grade levels under the guidance of senior team members

• Create and modify content and metadata within a scrum team to address teaching and learning challenges

• Produce instructionally-sound content that meets market expectations and introduces innovative solutions

• Utilize agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work

• Engage in retrospectives to enhance internal processes

• Apply design thinking principles and user research insights to develop effective solutions

• Analyze data on content usage and effectiveness to enhance instructional materials

• Collaborate with scrum and extended team members to meet the needs of educators and students

• Create and edit content using digital tools

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in K-12 education or instructional design for K-12 students

• Proficiency in mathematics pedagogy

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field

• Familiarity with digital instructional material development and delivery (preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience using data analysis to address market challenges (preferred)

• Experience with metadata creation and utilization (preferred)
