• Develop engaging and dynamic workshops and summer camp programs that foster experiential learning.

• Prepare educational materials for instructors and mentors, including class content, student resources, training guides, and videos.

• Explore and recommend innovative learning tools and technologies for training initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the curriculum and training teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

• Support needs assessment efforts by gathering and organizing feedback on current training materials and programs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating guides and presentations.

• Proficient in using Google Suite tools (Docs, Slides, and Sheets).
