• Utilize advanced adult-learning principles and systematic instructional design methodologies to create innovative learning solutions.
• Update and create content and curricula that align with the competency models for each Service role.
• Manage medium- to large-scale content projects utilizing project-management tools.
• Develop microlearning, videos, job aids, simulations, and assessments.
• Produce dynamic Digital Adoption Assets through WalkMe for service support and change adoption initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of AI in the LXD process for scalable, future-ready learning solutions.
• Collaborate with multicultural, virtual teams to deliver high-quality solutions across regions.
• Demonstrated experience in call center learning and development
• Minimum of 2+ years developing self-directed learning content
• Proficiency in curating and creating learning content across ILT, VILT, and self-paced formats
• Familiarity with using Generative AI for video learning material creation (Synthesia or similar)
• Advanced Axonify skills, including topic/KLP design and analytics for content strategy
• Experience with WalkMe implementation for walkthroughs and campaigns
• Mastery of Articulate Storyline for interactive module creation
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling abilities
• Thorough understanding of ADDIE/SAM and adult learning theories
• Background in evaluating training using frameworks like Kirkpatrick
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
