• Develop guidelines and procedures for Flight Operations instructional design and development in collaboration with the Training Lead and Instructional Technology Lead.
• Create and oversee project and program plans, defining scope, goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Design eLearning, simulations, and work aids as part of the Training Team, leading learning projects from start to finish and assessing effectiveness with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality of training content and manage learner records and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Advocate for innovative learning solutions within Wing.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6+ years of experience as a Learning Experience Designer (LXD), Instructional Designer (ID), or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience creating training content in regulated industries such as aviation, defense, or medical fields.
• Portfolio showcasing skills as a LXD/ID [Required]
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and develop training for technical skills.
• Strong grasp of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and project management.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in LMS administration.
• Willingness to travel domestically 2-3 times per year for Wing training events.
