• Developing engaging and impactful educational materials in line with learning objectives
• Crafting curricula to enrich student learning and incorporating best practices in teaching
• Customizing content to cater to the needs of students from the Muslim community
• Collaborating on the creation of lesson plans, evaluations, and teaching materials
• Continuously enhancing and updating curriculum content based on feedback from the Director of Curriculum, teachers, and other stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in education, curriculum and instruction, Islamic studies, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
• Solid grasp and dedication to Islamic educational principles and the Islamic sciences
• 3-5 years of experience teaching high-school Islamic studies
• Experience in curriculum development, including designing and revising curricula and assessments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with educators and stakeholders
