• Minimum of 4 years experience in SaaS product design (not limited to marketing or branding).
• Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design, product strategy, and end-to-end project management.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders, maintain clarity, and drive progress.
• Experience leading user research initiatives and translating insights into actionable design plans.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of uncertainty.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with user research tools such as UserTesting and Maze.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and an inclusive design approach.
