• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product design, preferably within consumer products or advertising.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering partners to define scope, align on trade-offs, and deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions.
• Proven track record of success in iterative environments with experimentation, A/B testing, or data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in cross-functional collaboration to tackle complex challenges.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed design documentation to facilitate smooth collaboration in both synchronous and asynchronous remote work settings.
