• Developing a comprehensive understanding of all CrowdStrike features and services to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing enterprise cloud-based solutions.
• Capability to lead ideation activities within a defined scope.
• Skill in simplifying multi-step user tasks and making complex data user-friendly.
• Proficiency in creating and designing for user personas.
• Experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods.
• Effective use of design artifacts to foster alignment, convey ideas, and deliver a seamless experience.
• Proficiency in using Figma.
• Some exposure to enterprise SaaS products.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
