📋 Description

• Joining as a Product Designer III means being an integral part of a global Product Design team that collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers.

• CrowdStrike values the product designer as an equal partner alongside product management and engineering leads.

• Designers take ownership of the user experience solution for each project, acting as full-stack designers who can lead from concept to implementation.

• Understanding project objectives to deliver high-quality design specifications promptly.

• Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to effectively execute all projects.

• Defining project scope and recognizing trade-offs between immediate delivery needs and long-term product objectives.

• Crafting high-quality creative solutions to intricate problems based on research and objectives.

• Creating clear user flows, specifications, and prototypes for user interfaces.

• Incorporating storytelling concepts into design presentations.

• Structuring content and information and enhancing existing components with a focus on user objectives, usability, and accessibility.

• Advocating for the use of design systems to ensure product consistency.

• Offering guidance, feedback, and documentation to team members through work reviews.

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of all CrowdStrike features and services to deliver cohesive solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing enterprise cloud-based solutions.

• Capability to lead ideation activities within a defined scope.

• Skill in simplifying multi-step user tasks and making complex data user-friendly.

• Proficiency in creating and designing for user personas.

• Experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods.

• Effective use of design artifacts to foster alignment, convey ideas, and deliver a seamless experience.

• Proficiency in using Figma.

• Some exposure to enterprise SaaS products.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in both verbal and written formats.

• Online portfolio.
