• Developing a comprehensive understanding of all CrowdStrike features and services to drive unified solutions.
• Possess at least 5+ years of experience in designing enterprise cloud-based solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ideation activities within predefined parameters.
• Skill in simplifying multi-step user tasks and making complex data easily accessible.
• Proficiency in creating and designing for user personas.
• Experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods.
• Effective utilization of design artifacts to foster alignment, convey ideas, and deliver a seamless experience.
• Familiarity with utilizing Figma for design purposes.
• Some exposure to enterprise SaaS products.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills both verbally and in written form.
