📋 Description

• Joining as a Product Designer III, you will play a vital role in a diverse Product Design team, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure an exceptional user experience for our customers.

• CrowdStrike values the pivotal role of a product designer as an equal partner alongside product management and engineering leads.

• Taking ownership of the user experience solution for each project, you will provide leadership from initial concept to final implementation.

• Understanding project objectives to deliver top-notch design specifications in a timely manner.

• Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to bring all projects to fruition.

• Balancing project scope and comprehending tradeoffs between short-term delivery requirements and long-term product objectives.

• Crafting innovative solutions to intricate problems based on thorough research and defined goals.

• Creating intuitive user flows, specifications, and prototypes for user interfaces.

• Incorporating storytelling elements when presenting design work.

• Structuring content and information, enhancing existing components to prioritize usability and accessibility.

• Advocating for the use of design systems to maintain product consistency.

• Providing valuable insights to the team through work assessments, documentation, and technical guidance.

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of all CrowdStrike features and services to drive unified solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess at least 5+ years of experience in designing enterprise cloud-based solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to lead ideation activities within predefined parameters.

• Skill in simplifying multi-step user tasks and making complex data easily accessible.

• Proficiency in creating and designing for user personas.

• Experience in end-to-end user experience processes and workflows, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods.

• Effective utilization of design artifacts to foster alignment, convey ideas, and deliver a seamless experience.

• Familiarity with utilizing Figma for design purposes.

• Some exposure to enterprise SaaS products.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills both verbally and in written form.

• Possession of an online portfolio showcasing your work.
