• Develop comprehensive product experiences for intricate denial prevention processes, including pattern review, rule recommendation, rule enablement, and outcome monitoring
• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize usability while addressing clinical and operational complexities
• Independently conduct user research, such as interviews, usability testing, and feedback synthesis, to guide and validate design choices
• Create data visualizations that effectively communicate denial trends and actionable insights to non-technical users
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to continuously deliver and enhance solutions
• Translate vague product requirements into user-centric designs supported by clear rationale
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS or healthcare settings
• Impressive portfolio showcasing complex workflow design and data visualization, particularly in operational or analytics-driven products
• Proven track record of independently conducting user research, not just participating in it
• Proficiency in transitioning from concept to high-fidelity prototype smoothly
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and product managers in agile environments
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with limited design resources
• Willingness to work as a 1099 Contractor
• Experience in designing healthcare, RCM, or clinical decision support products (Preferred)
• Familiarity with denial management, claims workflows, or payer operations (Preferred)
• Strong systems thinking, capable of designing individual screens within the broader workflow context (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, adept at presenting and justifying design decisions clearly (Preferred)
