β’ Develop comprehensive product experiences for intricate denial prevention processes, including pattern review, rule recommendation, rule enablement, and outcome monitoring
β’ Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that prioritize usability while addressing clinical and operational complexities
β’ Independently conduct user research, such as interviews, usability testing, and feedback synthesis, to guide and validate design choices
β’ Create data visualizations that effectively communicate denial trends and actionable insights to non-technical users
β’ Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to continuously deliver and enhance solutions
β’ Translate vague product requirements into user-centric designs supported by clear rationale
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS or healthcare settings
β’ Impressive portfolio showcasing complex workflow design and data visualization, particularly in operational or analytics-driven products
β’ Proven track record of independently conducting user research, not just participating in it
β’ Proficiency in transitioning from concept to high-fidelity prototype smoothly
β’ Strong collaboration skills with engineers and product managers in agile environments
β’ Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with limited design resources
β’ Willingness to work as a 1099 Contractor
β’ Experience in designing healthcare, RCM, or clinical decision support products (Preferred)
β’ Familiarity with denial management, claims workflows, or payer operations (Preferred)
β’ Strong systems thinking, capable of designing individual screens within the broader workflow context (Preferred)
β’ Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, adept at presenting and justifying design decisions clearly (Preferred)
