• Experience with consumer health or subscription services and a good understanding of onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle strategies.
• Proficient in Figma, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Comfortable with data analysis, research, and quick iteration.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, content design, and visual design principles.
• Collaborative mindset with a balance of hands-on work and strategic thinking.
• Adaptability to different design tools and technologies with a focus on versatility and speed.
