📋 Description

• Enhance and optimize interfaces for various tools like Portal, POS, Delivery, Marketing, and Reporting to cater to diverse user scenarios and workflows.

• Conduct research with two key audiences: B2B stakeholders to understand underlying issues with feature requests and end users to pinpoint operational challenges and validate UX enhancements.

• Create intuitive user flows and information architectures to enhance usability and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

• Prioritize tasks by enhancing existing experiences while introducing new features on a quarterly basis.

• Prototype and test concepts to validate ideas and communicate design choices with cross-functional teams.

• Utilize data analysis from PostHog metrics and surveys to uncover insights and evaluate design impact.

• Manage and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.

• Provide clear instructions to developers and POs, conduct demos, and assist in implementation reviews.

• Collaborate closely with various teams like POs, BAs, AM/Support, and developers, maintaining transparent and proactive communication.

• Occasionally create presentations, visuals, or website materials to support internal and marketing requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex systems like ERP-like platforms, admin tools, or B2B products.

• Possess over 5 years of experience in product design, delivering end-to-end solutions for web or native platforms.

• Deep expertise in UX and IA, capable of designing data-driven, user-friendly experiences for operational purposes.

• Hands-on experience with conducting interviews and surveys with clients and end users.

• Proficient in Figma, responsive design, and component-based systems, with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with front-end teams.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with Upper-Intermediate level English proficiency.

• Self-driven and adept at managing ambiguity while driving projects forward.
