• Work remotely and report directly to the Senior Director of the Teaching Lab Innovation Studio
• Depending on the project, you may lead as a Project Leader, overseeing project teams and contributing to leadership development

• Take on a key role within the Innovation Studio by designing user experiences for cutting-edge edtech products
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related fields, or possess equivalent experience through a UX/UI design program
• Bring at least 3 years of professional Product Design (UX/UI) experience to the table
• Showcase a track record of designing digital products, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI designs, using tools like Figma
• Demonstrate expertise in user research, usability testing, UX design principles, and accessibility best practices
• Strong communication skills are a must, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and present design concepts clearly
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Show a genuine passion for enhancing educational outcomes and supporting teachers
• Exhibit deep empathy for K-12 educators and students, creating inclusive digital experiences that cater to diverse user needs
