• Responsible for designing and optimizing marketing landing pages, campaign pages, and website experiences to enhance conversion rates and user satisfaction
• Utilize UX principles in marketing strategies, including user flows, information architecture, and accessibility
• Develop A/B testing variations and refine designs based on performance metrics
• Create responsive designs that cater to different devices and user contexts
• Produce presentation materials for board meetings, investor updates, and partnerships
• Design social media graphics and campaign assets in line with brand guidelines
• Generate marketing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, and sales materials
• Translate complex clinical trial concepts into visual content for diverse audiences
• Assist with product design updates and maintain design systems for consistency
• Collaborate with Lead Product Designer on cross-functional design projects
• 2-4 years of experience in product design, marketing design, or brand design with a strong portfolio
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing website design with a focus on conversion and measurable impact
• Proficient in visual design elements like typography, layout, and brand development
• Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Knowledge of UX principles applied to marketing, including user journeys and testing
• Experience in designing responsive web experiences and landing pages
• Ability to create product mockups and interface visuals for external communications
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to justify design decisions to stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with marketing, engineering, and leadership teams
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities
• Bonus points for experience in healthcare tech or clinical trials and understanding of inclusive design practices
