• Explore cutting-edge generative AI technologies to craft user-friendly experiences that leverage Workera's AI capabilities.
• Develop AI workflows that balance automation with user control, ensuring that AI output is observable, correctable, and aligns with human objectives.
• Work with product design colleagues to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience across the platform.
• Utilize, contribute to, and assist in the evolution of Workera's design system and visual language.

• 2-5 years of experience in designing digital products encompassing UX and UI.
• Background in designing SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in design systems and strong system-level thinking.
• Ability to create simple solutions for complex user challenges.
• Demonstrated humility and openness to acting on design feedback in an iterative manner.
• Skill in utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT or similar digital assistants effectively within a work context.
• Familiarity with the corporate skills development sector.
