• Collaborate with colleagues in Population Health, Product, and Clinical Operations to ensure practical and scalable designs.
• Advocate for patients and frontline teams in the program design and delivery process.
• Document and share findings to foster a culture of learning and empathy within the organization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in experience design, service design, UX research, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Factors, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong passion for healthcare, social impact, and designing for vulnerable populations.
• Familiarity with human-centered design principles such as discovery, prototyping, and iteration.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and ability to work in structured and regulated environments.
• Background showcasing empathy, research skills, and systems thinking.
• Eligibility for a performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
