•Create workflows, interactions, and interfaces at various fidelity levels to effectively communicate with colleagues and partners
•Utilize customer insights from analytics and interactions to guide business and design decisions
•Assist in organizing and conducting stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co-creation workshops
•Lead the development of personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
•Approach projects exploratively to explore opportunities in content, interaction, and third-party technologies
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, UX research, machine learning, and customer support teams for successful product development
•Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design
•Experience in designing for AI-powered systems and technologies
•Proven expertise in wireframing, prototyping, mock-ups, designing workflows, and interactions using various tools and formats
•Updated knowledge of human-centered design best practices
•Ability to work collaboratively with global development teams and product managers to deliver value to customers
•Strong skills in simplifying complex ideas, data, and viewpoints
•Experience presenting designs to diverse audiences
•Experience in research methods such as contextual interviews, ethnography, and user testing
•Degree or certification in interaction design or related field preferred
•Experience in designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiences preferred
•Familiarity with Agile software design methods preferred
•Experience with Autodesk or similar products preferred
•Experience in conversational design preferred
