• Experience in technical and technology training development and implementation.
• Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with multimedia tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, and graphic design tools like Canva or Figma.
• Experience with LMS platforms and budget management is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
