Senior Product Designer – Care, Fulfillment

📋 Description

• Redesign the Provider Experience: Creating interfaces and workflows that streamline the process for clinicians to provide care, from initial assessment to treatment, fulfillment, and follow-up.

• Innovate EMR Design: Leading projects to update our internal EMR systems, making documentation and decision-making easier while ensuring clinical integrity and compliance.

• Align CX and Clinical Workflows: Collaborating with operations and CX teams to synchronize provider tools with patient interactions, promoting transparency and consistency throughout the care journey.

• Develop Scalable Design Systems: Establishing information architecture, interaction patterns, and design frameworks that span across EMR, pharmacy, and fulfillment environments.

• Foster Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, clinicians, and product managers to translate complex needs into user-focused designs.

• Advocate for End-to-End Experience Design: Ensuring seamless integration of provider workflows with patient systems, creating a unified ecosystem of care.

• Prototype, Test, and Refine: Validating solutions through feedback, research, and usability testing to enhance usability and clinical effectiveness.

• Promote UX Excellence: Championing design quality and influencing how design impacts operational and clinical strategies within the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, or similar data-driven systems.

• In-depth understanding of provider workflows, EMR usage, patient communication, and clinical documentation navigation.

• Systems thinking ability to integrate various tools and user types into cohesive care experiences.

• Strong UX skills to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, elegant interactions.

• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools with keen attention to detail.

• Proactive mindset with a bias towards action, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and adept at collaborating with diverse teams.

• Technical proficiency to collaborate with engineers on data flows, integrations, and usability considerations.

• Excellent communication skills to balance clinical, technical, and business perspectives effectively.

• Collaborative and open to feedback, able to work well with different team members to align diverse perspectives into cohesive solutions.
