• Be a part of Grafana Labs’ Product Design team and take ownership of enhancing the usage and billing experience for Grafana Cloud
• Create intuitive and seamless experiences that provide insights into historical, current, and projected usage and costs, empowering users to take action
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the product area, user personas, and workflows to design personalized experiences based on user roles
• Collaborate with various teams including engineering, product management, technical writing, GTM, and Product Design colleagues to implement continuous improvements
• Utilize research and data to create user-friendly experiences, develop visuals and communications for billing explanations, and document UX decisions and design strategies
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research projects with researchers, customers, and the Grafana community
• Provide guidance to fellow designers, mentor them, and contribute to the evolution of the Product Design team
• Minimum 7 years of relevant design experience focusing on B2B/enterprise software products, with a preference for designing tools and services for technical users
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful designs for complex products delivered in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in conducting qualitative research in complex fields, building empathy with users, understanding their needs and pain points even in unfamiliar situations
• Ability to make design choices that align with business objectives, product priorities, customer feedback, research findings, and technical constraints
• Proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams across different locations and time zones to continuously improve and innovate products while staying true to the design vision
• Detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn about intricate, technical product domains
• Prior experience in a fully remote, dynamic environment where transparency, openness, and autonomy are valued
