• Contribute to the overall strategic vision and decision-making process regarding product direction.
• Work closely with a product manager and engineering manager to conduct thorough research on customer objectives and challenges.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to validate design choices, and contribute to a repository of insights to advocate for customer needs throughout the organization.
• Refine insights and create wireframes for new experiences to shape customer issues and opportunities; iterate quickly using low-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to develop solutions from initial concepts to refined, high-fidelity interfaces and experiences.
• Explore cutting-edge generative AI technologies to craft user-friendly experiences that maximize Workera's AI-driven capabilities.
• Create AI workflows that balance automation with user control, ensuring that AI results are observable, correctable, and in line with human objectives.
• Work with product design colleagues to maintain a consistent, top-notch experience across the platform.
• Utilize, contribute to, and assist in evolving Workera's design system and visual language.
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in designing digital products (both UX and UI).
• Have a background in designing SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrate familiarity with design systems and exhibit strong system-level thinking.
• Ability to devise simple solutions for complex user challenges.
• Display humility and openness to acting on design feedback in an iterative manner.
• Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar digital assistants effectively within a work environment.
• Knowledge of the corporate skills development sector.
• Understanding or experience in designing human-in-the-loop or AI agent interfaces.
