• Identify and implement new methods, tools, or workflows to enhance design and development efficiency.
• Lead Design QA in collaboration with Engineering and QA teams to ensure usability and consistency before launch.
• Collaborate closely with your team to shape roadmap priorities and product decisions.
• Prioritize and scope design initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring alignment and visibility.
• Foster alignment across disciplines by making problems visible and central to discussions.
• Support a culture of inclusive feedback by seeking input early and owning the usability outcomes.
• Set high standards of craft, collaboration, and accountability.
• Mentor mid-level designers, offering guidance on design systems, critique, and career development.
• Contribute actively to team rituals and help evolve design practices and processes.
• Champion inclusivity, curiosity, and feedback in your daily work.
• 8–10 years of experience in product design, with a focus on end-to-end solutions in modern SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in designing complex, multi-state flows or systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, responsive design, and design systems.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and rapid prototyping.
• Experience working in collaborative product teams and driving outcomes through teamwork.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
• Self-directed, resilient, proactive, with a focus on clarity, raising standards, and unblocking obstacles.
• Strong accountability and prioritization skills.
• Track record of influencing organizational design strategies beyond direct product scope.
• Competitive salary range of $154,600 to $232,200 for all US locations.
