Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting seamless, engaging, and user-friendly experiences for our platform.

• Working closely with product managers, engineers, and educators, you’ll drive the vision and execution of design solutions that enhance teaching and learning.

• Your work will directly influence how professors teach and how students engage with learning content.

• Lead the UI/UX Design Process – From research and ideation to prototyping and final designs, ensuring a smooth, delightful user experience.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand pain points and improve the platform.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into intuitive designs.

• Focus on accessibility, usability, and user engagement to refine interactions and ensure a frictionless experience.

• Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems for a cohesive brand experience.

• Keep up with the latest UI/UX best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects.

• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong user research skills – Ability to conduct usability testing, analyze user behavior, and apply insights.

• Expertise in interaction design – Understanding of user flows, wireframing, and rapid prototyping.

• Proficiency in visual design principles – Typography, color theory, and responsive design.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams – Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.

• Passion for education technology – Prior experience in EdTech or SaaS is a huge bonus.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Experience designing for mobile and web applications.

• Motion design or micro-interaction experience.

• Background in gamification, engagement strategies, or social learning experiences.
