📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Fasset, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web-based applications.

• Collaborate with the product management team to understand project requirements and user needs.

• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.

• Design user interfaces for web-based applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all screens and interactions.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

• Iterate designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and business requirements.

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing support and clarification as needed.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into the design process.

• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.

• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and style guide, maintaining consistency and scalability across all products.

• Actively participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer.

• Experience working with FinTech, Crypto, or Web3 products

• Proven ability to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that meet user needs and business objectives.

• Strong understanding of research methodologies and data-driven insights.

• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and design tools such as Figma.

• Ability to contribute to and maintain a design system.

• A portfolio showcasing successful product design projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends in design and technology.
