• Manage the entire design process, including customer research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering polished UI designs.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in designing and launching mobile products for customers.
• Proficient in both UX and visual design, with a keen attention to detail and ability to balance speed and quality.
• Capable of taking ownership of a project from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless delivery.
• Agile in adapting to feedback, prioritizing customer needs, and challenging solutions that may hinder usability.
• Able to work autonomously, contribute to design systems, and elevate product experiences through clear, usable, and visually appealing designs.
• Strong interest in understanding customer behavior and building scalable design systems.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion, and Jira.
• Proven track record in developing and evolving robust design systems that enhance product development and consistency.
• Bonus points for experience in video games, sports, or launching a new product to market.
