β’ Act as a design leader within your team, collaborating with fellow designers to influence direction, defend design choices, and elevate overall design quality.
β’ Manage the entire design process, including customer research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering polished UI designs.
β’ Minimum of 5 years experience in designing and launching mobile products for customers.
β’ Proficient in both UX and visual design, with a keen attention to detail and ability to balance speed and quality.
β’ Capable of taking ownership of a project from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless delivery.
β’ Agile in adapting to feedback, prioritizing customer needs, and challenging solutions that may hinder usability.
β’ Able to work autonomously, contribute to design systems, and elevate product experiences through clear, usable, and visually appealing designs.
β’ Strong interest in understanding customer behavior and building scalable design systems.
β’ Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders effectively.
β’ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion, and Jira.
β’ Proven track record in developing and evolving robust design systems that enhance product development and consistency.
β’ Bonus points for experience in video games, sports, or launching a new product to market.
β’ Competitive compensation package, including base salary, benefits, and equity, with an annual salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 based on experience.
