• Take the lead in developing new, comprehensive experiences within the main product for a rapidly growing member segment
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure alignment on objectives, feasibility, and trade-offs; work with Content Design to create cohesive experiences

• Engage with Legal to ensure compliant and trustworthy experiences

• Document workflows, edge scenarios, and rationale to facilitate smooth implementation and quality assurance
• Strengthen the design team's methodologies through feedback, critiques, and rapid iteration
• Maintain and raise the quality standard across product and brand
• Minimum of 4 years in digital product design for consumer-facing platforms (mobile and web)
• Experience in launching new, comprehensive experiences within an established product
• Proficient in systems and interaction design with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and quality
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects: from discovery and prototyping to usability testing and final delivery
• Skilled in experimentation and A/B testing; collaborates with Product and Data teams on hypothesis development
• Utilizes qualitative research, user testing, and quantitative metrics to make informed design decisions
• Demonstrated impact on growth at scale, influencing engagement, retention, or subscription outcomes; connects design choices to business objectives and metrics
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on storytelling, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
• Proficient in Figma and modern prototyping tools; maintains efficient file organization and collaboration practices
• Experience in designing for iOS, Android, and responsive web; prioritizes accessibility
• Familiar with agile product development in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering; works closely with Content Design as a creative partner
• Ability to navigate compliance considerations and collaborate with Legal teams
• Degree in Design, HCI, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
