📋 Description
• Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be responsible for leading design strategy, execution, and innovation across our fraud and risk management tools.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and executive leadership, you will drive a user-centered approach to product development and influence NoFraud’s strategic roadmap through design thinking.
• As the first Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in:
• Establishing scalable design systems and best practices.
• Creating intuitive, data-driven interfaces that simplify fraud prevention for businesses.
• Advocating for user needs while aligning business objectives with design excellence.
• Lead and scale the design function – Establish design systems, frameworks, and scalable workflows to ensure design consistency across NoFraud products.
• Design intuitive, data-driven experiences – Drive UX/UI for AI-powered decisioning tools, workflow management solutions, and complex risk interfaces.
• Develop deep user insights – Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to inform and validate design decisions.
• Drive strategic alignment – Work closely with cross-functional leadership to influence NoFraud’s product strategy through design thinking and data-driven insights.
• Prototype and iterate – Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs in tools like Figma to communicate ideas effectively.
• Ensure accessibility and usability – Implement best practices for accessibility and frictionless user experiences across all platforms.
• Mentor and grow the design function – Provide guidance to future design hires, shaping the design culture at NoFraud.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in B2B SaaS, eCommerce, fintech, or fraud prevention.
• Proven track record in designing for complex workflows and data-rich interfaces in risk, payments, or enterprise software.
• Strong research capabilities – Experience conducting customer interviews, usability tests, and behavioral analytics to drive design decisions.
• Mastery of Figma – Expertise in prototyping, wireframing, and creating scalable design systems.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript) and their impact on design execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills – Ability to drive strategic design decisions, advocate for user needs, and align teams across leadership.
• Experience in agile environments – Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative product teams with tight feedback loops.
• Passion for user-centered design – Deep empathy for users and a commitment to simplifying complexity through well-crafted experiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
