📋 Description
• As a Senior Product Designer at Reveleer, you will be a key member of our growing design team, responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions for our AI-powered healthcare platform.
• You will lead complex design projects from discovery through delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging product experiences.
• Lead design projects: Take ownership of multiple complex design initiatives from initial concepts to iterative and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research: Plan and conduct user research activities to gather insights and validate design decisions, including user personas and user journey maps.
• Create design deliverables: Produce high-quality design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Present and communicate design solutions: Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders through presentations, documentation, and design reviews.
• Design mentorship and advocacy: Provide guidance and support to other designers and be a vocal leader and advocate for the design process both internally and externally.
• Contribute to the design system: Help evolve and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across our products.
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience: 5+ years designing intuitive and visually appealing experiences for SaaS platforms, enterprise software, complex web applications, native apps, or data-heavy interfaces.
• Strong design portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools: Expert knowledge in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Passion for user-centered design: A genuine interest in understanding user needs and commitment to creating user-friendly and accessible products.
• User research experience: Experience conducting user research and incorporating findings into the design process.
• Highly collaborative: A team player who can effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-starter: Ability to contribute independently and as part of a team.
