• Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team to design and implement user-centric solutions for our EHR platform and tools for small businesses
• Develop and refine information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct user research and analyze findings to enhance design choices and elevate user experiences
• Establish and uphold consistent design standards and guidelines across all our products
• Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content for product interfaces and user journeys
• Advocate for user requirements while aligning them with business goals
• Guide and support junior designers to foster growth within the Experience Design team
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and adeptly integrate feedback
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design within a tech company with a focus on design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong expertise in UI and interaction design, with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to swiftly iterate and generate multiple design ideas
• Proficient in time management and meeting project deadlines
• Innovative thinker with a wealth of ideas and a knack for finding solutions in challenging situations
• Showcase a portfolio illustrating creative problem-solving, innovative solutions, and a polished visual aesthetic
• Self-motivated individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic, urgency, and accountability
