• The Product Design team is dedicated to improving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the Mobile App and SaaS platform.
• As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to address intricate design challenges and develop data-informed experiences.
• This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of fitness communities globally, supporting growth and community development.
• 5+ years of Product Design experience, preferably with a proven track record of launching consumer products and scaling them successfully.
• Strong background in designing for web and native mobile apps, especially in consumer-facing products. Experience with community or social platforms is highly advantageous.
• Possess a startup mindset: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, and dedicated to upholding the highest design standards.
• Deep understanding of data-driven design process, including experience in cohort analysis, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to guide design decisions is a plus.
• Excellent design skills and ability to generate high-quality design concepts rapidly.
• Outstanding communication skills to explain design choices, accept feedback, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Passion for user-centric design and adept at balancing business objectives with user requirements.
