• Reporting to the Senior Director of Design is a key aspect of this role.
• Lead the advancement and broadening of our design system to maintain consistency throughout the platform.
• Spearhead the development of our component library, directly impacting our customers.
• Enhance and design experiences for our logic builder and workflow builder.
• Take charge of major product design projects, overseeing them from inception to post-launch optimization.
• Transform user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
• Promote user-centered design principles and contribute to the enhancement of our design system and processes.
• Must have at least 7 years of experience in product design.
• Demonstrated ability in managing project-based product design work and making significant contributions to design systems, with a solid grasp of design tokens.
• Proven track record of leading the design process from discovery to final UI design, including ideation, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Experience in designing for complex B2B SaaS/PaaS products.
• Proficient in creating seamless user flows and complex interactions.
• Proficiency in Figma and complex interaction design.
• Thorough understanding of user research methodologies, usability principles, and information architecture.
• Bonus points for experience with developer platforms or developer experience.
• Collaborative experience with product, engineering, CX, GTM, and other stakeholders.
