Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Clearly communicate your design strategies and decisions to stakeholders of all levels, aligning your work with strategic key results

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and the broader Design team to ensure consistency, usability, and feasibility

• Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle to contribute to the design process

• Maintain and enhance the Data Experience Platform design system in coordination with other Platform teams

• Analyze performance/usage data and other metrics to identify areas of opportunity and measure team impact

• Conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions to enhance user experience

• Utilize quantitative and qualitative sources to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities, and measure solution impact

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Product Design role with a portfolio of successfully launched products

• Demonstrated expertise in designing data products, dashboards, or analytics interfaces

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems

• Strong knowledge of typography, iconography, and color theory

• Experience in developing design research plans and conducting user research

• Advanced skills in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools

• Thorough understanding of accessibility standards

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
