📋 Description

• Develop advanced workflows tailored to the unique needs of restaurant operations, incorporating permissions, reporting, and user support

• Define user-friendly AI solutions for enterprise operators, translating complex data into actionable and intuitive experiences

• Simplify intricate tasks into clear processes, adaptable patterns, and refined UI designs

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product/UX design, particularly in enterprise SaaS or data-intensive products

• Proficient in designing workflows with complex role structures, permissions, and reporting frameworks

• Strong aptitude for systems thinking, focusing on scalability and adaptability in design solutions

• Experience in creating AI-powered workflows that facilitate clear decision-making on a large scale

• Proven track record of driving user engagement in diverse user groups

• Ability to simplify technical concepts through effective design strategies

• Familiarity with design systems for evolving products and managing ambiguity in design processes

• Skilled at identifying edge cases, collaborating across disciplines, and showcasing clean and strategic design work

• Nice to Haves: Experience in growth design, design systems, or intelligent automation workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS, Storybook, AI-assisted prototyping tools, or Jira

• Experience in a venture-based startup or growth-stage company, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector
