• Responsible for creating mobile-first wireframes, prototypes, and visual design experiences that effectively convey the product's functionality and user experience.
• Engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to comprehend their needs, pain points, and behaviors. Iterate designs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Develop and implement a design strategy that aligns with company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and assess user requirements, translate them into engaging mobile interactive designs, and ensure the final product meets both user and business needs.
• Build and establish native mobile design systems, adapting to and implementing evolving design patterns and component libraries.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, ensuring that complex ideas are understood by cross-departmental partners.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during development, advocating for design quality and user experience by emphasizing the importance of design fidelity and attention to detail throughout the development process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a specialization in mobile applications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual interaction design & process for iOS and Android platforms.
• Enthusiastic about addressing the unique UX challenges of Generative AI. Skilled at transforming intricate, AI-powered features into user-friendly experiences.
• Proficient in developing unified user experiences that are easily adaptable across different devices.
• Passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences, highly curious, forward-thinking, and eager to learn about complex topics and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in design tools (primarily Figma) and prototyping tools.
• Strong grasp and proven experience of user-centered design principles, end-to-end customer workflows, and the ability to convert new users into regular users.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in project leadership and team mentorship.
• Experience in designing within an enterprise SaaS context is advantageous.
