Senior UI Designer

📋 Description

• Establishing the visual style for UI projects, including typography, colors, patterns, and more

• Taking the lead on UI projects

• Working closely with clients (with project manager support) to deliver exceptional designs

• Presenting design concepts to clients

• Directing the design process for various products

• Collaborating with fellow designers and the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, content writers, developers)

• Enhancing workflow, defining internal processes, and setting visual standards

• Mentoring junior and mid-level UI designers, offering training and guidance

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven commercial experience

• Exceptional skills in layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, and typography

• Extensive portfolio showcasing commercial projects

• Proficient in written and spoken English (B2+/C1 level)

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Proactive problem-solving approach

• Sound understanding of business and technology

• Keen attention to detail
