UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of end-to-end UX/UI design for interfaces of medical devices, digital tools, and connected systems

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

• Collaborate closely with Human Factors, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory teams

• Conduct user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing

• Transform user needs and risk analysis findings into detailed design documentation

• Develop user-friendly solutions for data-rich environments like dashboards, workflow tools, and device displays

• Work hand in hand with developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Industrial Design, Biomedical Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field

• Professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical software settings

• Demonstrated ability to design within regulated frameworks such as FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62366

• Proficiency in Figma

• Portfolio showcasing interfaces driven by data, clinical tools, or device UIs

• Knowledge of human factors engineering, usability validation, and risk-based design documentation

• Excellent communication skills
