• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively convey design ideas and interactions.
• Conduct user research and collect feedback to guide design choices.
• Craft visually appealing and user-centric interfaces in line with brand standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the practicality and execution of designs.
• Refine designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX&UI design.
• Showcase a strong portfolio of UX and UI projects through platforms like Behance, Dribble, or in PDF form.
• Possess at least 4 years of demonstrated professional experience in UX and UI design, with visual design expertise being advantageous.
• Proficient in Figma and FigJam, our standardized collaboration tools.
• Maintain an upper intermediate level of English proficiency to effectively communicate within our multinational team.
• Grasp design and UX concepts, and ability to discuss and challenge them (e.g. Gestalt principles, atomic design, user-centred design approach, double-diamond framework, etc.).
• Familiarity with various UX tools such as user personas, A/B testing, wireframes, prototyping, etc.
