• Lead the creation of user experiences from inception to completion, including research, ideation, prototyping, and final UI.
• Implement and enhance our design system by utilizing components, refining patterns, and ensuring visual coherence.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to produce designs that are innovative and feasible.
• Conduct efficient user research and usability tests to guide your design decisions.
• Advocate for accessibility and design excellence throughout the product development process.
• Demonstrate the ability to work swiftly or delve deeply as needed.
• Possess 2–4 years of product design experience, preferably within a startup environment.
• Exhibit strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping (proficiency in Figma is a plus).
• Have experience with and contribution to design systems.
• Ability to translate user insights into actionable design solutions.
• Effective communication skills, capable of articulating design decisions to both designers and non-designers.
• Showcase a portfolio that highlights product design projects and design system involvement.
