• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors

• 5–10 years of experience in UX or product design
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in UX design
• Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end products, from discovery to iterative versions with live users
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience in building and maintaining atomic design systems
• Strong grasp of systems thinking
• Experience in launching products for diverse user types on the same platform
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers in Agile environments
