• Taking the lead on design projects and collaborating with Designers, Client Insights, Product, and Technology at every stage of the product development lifecycle (Discovery, Concept, Development, Launch, and Ongoing support)
• Analyzing current solutions, environments, and user requirements
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs
• Generating information architecture diagrams, sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and screen flows while considering ergonomic principles, user needs, and technical constraints
• Developing prototypes (ranging from initial concepts to interactive prototypes) to explore design concepts, support usability testing, and gain approval
• Conducting user research using appropriate methods to identify opportunities and enhance experiences
• Utilizing user research findings and analytics data to guide design decisions, offer suggestions, and propose enhancements
• Identifying and anticipating use-cases and user interactions, including various scenarios, and integrating them into designs
• Ensuring visual consistency across all products by contributing to the development and maintenance of visual guidelines and design systems
• Providing detailed specifications to ensure the high-quality development of design assets
• Performing visual design quality assurance and user acceptance testing
• Collaborating, mentoring, and influencing the team by sharing best practices, providing design guidance, and advising on projects
• Conducting presentations and discussions with internal clients/stakeholders and leaders
• Understanding and implementing accessibility principles
• Minimum 5 years of UX experience
• Hands-on experience with various research methodologies (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics analysis...)
• Proficient with standard UX tools like Figma
• Ability to deliver top-notch designs and prototypes (design portfolio required)
• Experience in creating user-friendly solutions for complex UIs and data visualization challenges
• Previous experience leading UX projects
• Familiarity with Agile or cross-functional product development environments, working closely with product managers and engineers
• Excellent written and spoken English skills with strong business communication abilities
