• Work within a complex application ecosystem to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience through design.
• Enhance organization, structure, and readability by creating clear visualizations and user interaction elements for educational content.
• Collaborate with teams to understand UX requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Adhere to requirements set by Ecommerce strategists, Product, SEO, and content teams to grasp audience, segmentation, and campaign objectives.
• Utilize and upkeep design systems, incorporating existing components and introducing new assets like graphics, illustrations, and icons.
• Produce high-quality design work for projects of various sizes and complexities, incorporating feedback to refine outcomes.
• Assist in developing customer nurturing communications for segmented Ecommerce campaigns, engaging in A/B and multivariate testing and optimization.
• Review web pages, educational content, emails, and push notifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in usability testing through prototyping to validate designs and ensure they meet user needs and goals.
• Stay updated on content trends, UX design best practices, and industry standards to enhance content quality and user experience continuously.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual/Digital Design, UX/Interactive Design, or related field from an accredited four-year university.
• 2–4 years of experience in UX and related digital design (e.g., digital marketing, visual design, direct-to-consumer campaigns).
• Portfolio showcasing demonstrated UX and visual design work is mandatory.
• Ability to follow guidance from design leadership and implement solutions based on business and UX requirements.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and JIRA is required.
• General knowledge of HTML/CSS and best practices.
